BOOKING TERMS




These Booking Terms apply to bookings made for WAY self-portrait photo studio.

1. Booking
Studio bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system.
To make a booking, you will need to:
  • select the date and time of your session;
  • provide the required contact details.
Your booking is considered confirmed once the booking process is completed and you receive a confirmation by email.

2. Prepayment
No prepayment is required unless stated otherwise during the booking process.

3. Cancellation and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your booking by notifying the studio administrator in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to availability of free time slots for the new date and time.

4. Late arrival
If you arrive late, your studio time will not be extended. The full booking price applies according to the originally booked time slot.

5. Use of the studio space
Guests are expected to use the studio space, equipment, and interior carefully and respectfully.
Guests must keep the space clean and follow the studio’s internal rules and staff instructions.
Any damage to the studio space, equipment, furniture, or interior may be charged separately.

6. End of session
Please finish using the studio on time so that we can prepare the space for the next guests.
